Indoor-outdoor distinctions are minimized with the use of custom glass doors which fold back to seamlessly open the interior to a private walled patio. In 2005 Marmol-Radziner were commissioned to bring a new level of sophistication & quality to the interiors. Multi layered white epoxy dignifies the original concrete floors which sweep throughout the unit. The loft area was fitted with a top of the line Balthaup kitchen, and custom built-in cabinetry, while the baths were precisely detailed with white marble & top quality fixtures. These refinements lend to a unique Santa Monica living experience ideal for the urban professional, international part-time resident, or corporate executive housing.
